Items Returned to Max Brenner

Max Brenner is not liable for orders that are unable to reach the destination that are at fault to external circumstances such as the following:

  • Customer supplying the incorrect delivery address
  • Courier card left at the delivery address that has not been responded to 
  • Order recipient has moved address
  • Delivery address no longer exists

If your item is returned to Max Brenner due to the above, Max Brenner will be in contact with you via email to arrange a redelivery. We will require payment via. credit card for the redelivery and the correct delivery address if applicable.

As the order has been exposed to incorrect temperatures Max Brenner will check the quality of the chocolates and will inform you the products need replacing. If so, you will need to make payment for your order again.

Providing a delivery address where someone will be in attendance is highly recommended.

Lost or Stolen

All orders are signed for upon receipt and Max Brenner is not responsible and will not offer refunds or replacements for orders that are lost or stolen. This is why it’s important to provide a correct daytime delivery address. You can update your delivery details by Logging Into Your Account.

Faulty Items

We aim for your order to be in perfect condition when it arrives – if you receive an item that has a defect or is broken (applies to utensils only), please contact with your order number and details so we can guide you through the replacement process and resolve it as quickly as possible.  We aim to please! Max’s Tip: send a photo or two showing the defect to speed up the process.
